Cutting the cake!

After the delight of receiving or giving a beautiful cake, the next most important step is eating it. Easy of course but there is a knack to cutting and getting the most out of your lovely cake, especially tall cakes. The last thing you want to do is hack it into big and tall triangular portions, it will flop and be a mess.
